LYF Wind 5 is an economy budget level device which comes with basic hardware. The device is a like version of the LYF Wind 7. This smart phone Lyf Wind 5 is among the very few devices that comes with two-year warranty. Design of the LYF Wind 5 is very basic.The device does not come with any chrome garnish or those distinguishable paint jobs, its just a plain and simple model.Front of the device has connected with a selfie camera on the top that sits on the top left side of the earpiece and the other area is covered with glass. The rear of the device, however, comes with solid design to provide a comfortable holding. The device comes with measure of 144.6 x 72.8 x 8.45mm and weighs 137 grams.
ABOUT DISPLAY & CAMERA
Though the LYF Wind 5 is an economy level device, it does come with a great 5-inch HD display and IPS technology with it. It has also an 8-megapixel auto focus camera equipped with LED flash on board for best photography while the secondary camera is a 5-megapixel.Both cameras are nice to capturing image and remembering memories of selfie .
PERFORMANCE
The software is not that great as the device is loaded with the previous version of the Android, the 5.1 Lollipop.To give the OS a new look, the LYF mobiles have made a little changes all over the user interface. Performance is driven by a 64-bit MediaTek MT6735P SoC .The chipsets includes four Cortex-A53 cores with a great frequency of 1.0GHz. The hardware also includes 1GB of RAM. The internal storage option which is with 8GB on board . The capacity internal memory can be maximize through a micro SD card slot.
